To support samples project, CPER started the journals the same year. Since 2017, CPER has grown into a Journal publishing house with open access journals and some webpage views each month. CPER Open Access Policy
All articles published by CPER are made immediately available worldwide under an open access license. CPER is a peer reviewed journal with open access. The article processing or delivery of the manuscript submitted to the manager or editor through an online system or by using the OJS Open Access publishing model.
CPER believes in sustainable models that increase the quality and broadcasting of academic content. For this motive all our Open Access Books are included in the OAPEN library. CPER track in the OAPEN pilot study into the effects of Open Access on books in the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Article Publication Charges (apc) Information
CPER publishes all its journals in full open access under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license. This allows the academic and Scholars community and the general public to gain unlimited, free and instantaneous access to scholarly articles. To cover the cost of publication, authors pay an article publication charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted after peer-review. There are no charges for rejected articles, no submission charges, and no surcharges based on the length of an article, figures or supplementary data. Editorial items (Editorials, Corrections, Additions, Retractions, Letters, Comments, etc.) are published free of charge.
Information for Librarians
CPER is one of the principal scholarly open access Publishers. It was founded by researchers in USA, Bangladesh and was initially founded in 2015 to collect, preserve and reorganize extraordinary Business, Social Science, Humanities, Arts, Science and Technology for research purposes. This CPER utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
Institutional Open Access Program (IOAP)
CPER is committed to providing free access to the latest research. To cover the costs of publishing open access, author is billed for article processing charges (APCs) for accepted papers. Some institutions may find that associated authors regularly publish in CPER journals, and that administering the growing number of APCs can be time overwhelming.
Plagiarism
CPER OA uses CrossCheck™ software to screen manuscripts for derivative material; if you suspect a manuscript contains derivative material please contact the publishing team and we will compile a CrossCheck™ report to review with you. If similarities are identified, the publishing team will follow COPE guidelines in discussion with journal editors.
