Editorial Process

The CPER Editorial Process

CPER operates a rigorous peer-review process. In most cases this is a double-blind assessment with at least two autonomous reviewers, followed by a final acceptance/rejection decision by the Editor-in-Chief, or another academic editor approved by the Editor-in-Chief.

CPER will do it best to abide by the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and aims to stick on to its Best Practice Guidelines. Also cper will be following Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). The following statements describe ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article for CPER, i.e.: the author, the Editor, the peer reviewer and the publisher.

The CPER editor-in-chief reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the above-mentioned requirements. The author will be held responsible for false statements or failure to fulfill the above-mentioned requirements.
